How to work with Glowing Edges

To work with Glowing Edges

• Select the Choose Effect tab from the Menu Bar and then choose Artistic Effect. After that click Glowing Edges.

This filter makes the image appear to be created from neon tubes. The images edges become brightly colored, while the remainder turns black.
