How to work with Neon Glow

To work with Neon Glow

• Select the Choose Effect tab from the Menu Bar and then choose Artistic Effect. After that click Neon Glow.

This filter gives an image a three-dimensional appearance by applying neon effect and heightening the contrast of the edges.
