To work with Hot Wax Coating

• Select the Choose Effect tab from the Menu Bar and then choose Artistic Effect. After that click Hot Wax Coating.

This filter creates the appearance of coating the image in a layer of hot wax. It uses the foreground/stroke color for the wax.
