To work with Salt and Pepper Filter

• Select the Choose Effect tab from the Menu Bar and then choose Noise. After that click Salt and Pepper.

This filter removes black or white specks, such as those produced by dust, from a photograph. The tool determines what is a light or dark speck compared to its surroundings and eliminates it.
