To work with Warp

• Select Choose Effect from the Menu Bar and then choose Geometric Effect. After that click Wrap.

This filter is a deformation that you can use to make a circular area of the image appear be at a higher or lower Zoom level. The area is distorted as if viewed through a convex or concave lens.
